After tasting the most amazing macaron, Dominique's  "Heaven" macadamia nut flavored macaron,  at my dear friend's Vernal Equinox party, I will never forget this particular first day of Spring!!  First of all, the presentaion was divine... the pastel colors of the macarons were beautiful just to look at.....sweet anticipation!! The taste was heavenly!!  Thank you Dominque.  I can hardly wait for more!

Yours (macarons) are really good. Better than Pamplemousse and Miette. I've had both. Pamplemousse's are too big, sort of flat, and not very bright. Miette's are little, not colored at all really, and the flavors are limited…I do like yours better. I thought they were beautiful. They had those perfect little feet. So you go girl! Kick some macaron **s!
