     To provide an out of this world experience to our customers when they bite into beautiful, affordable and wholesome products made by hand and from local ingredients.  Dominique’s Sweets supports our community, our local farmers and our local producers so we can become economically independent as we follow our dreams.

Dominique's Sweets is a small, family business.  We specialize in handcrafted pastries and pies. 

 Dominique's Sweets is a proud member of the Forestville Chamber of Commerce and the Russian River Convivium of Slow Food.

Who We Are

 


Dominique Cortara, chef/owner

   Dominique is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Academy in Paris where she earned the Grande Diplôme in 2006. 

   Her pies have won awards and many fans throughout the country. 

  She is also Stefano’s mom, Lisa’s sister, Arlene’s daughter, and Tony, Lucy and Joseph’s aunt (and Mike's sister-in-law).
