Welcome to our website.   Learn about our products, how they're made, get information on the special fruit of the month and see the menu of pastries available.  Soon we will have more photos of our products and an online payment option with Pay-pal. We are almost there, but are still under construction in some categories.

Pie Pastry Workshop:.November was all about pies.  The pie pastry workshop at Aioli in Forestville was fun and a learning experience for everyone!  My Julia Child cooking show dreams came true as I stood in front of these shiny faced people demonstrating how I make pie crust.  You can see for your self what good learners they are.


 

 Ferd (her nom d'art), a junior at El Molino HS, had just finished decorating windows in downtown Forestville before she joined us at the workshop.

 

Here Lucy and Paula make sure their dough is the right consistency before letting it rest.

        And now it's December..........mmmmmm, gingerbread, Panettone, rum balls, butter cookies and buche de noel!

We will be at the December 24 farmers market in Santa Rosa.  Stop by and sample some holiday goodies : )

is a small, local bakery.  We sell our products at farmer's markets, at festivals and by special order.  All of our products are made from scratch using wholesome local ingredients.

We specialize in French macarons and handmade pies.
